Cancelling and Returns

Tor Gaming complies with the Distance Selling Regulations. You, as the customer, have the right to cancel your order. This can be done at any time prior to payment being made without giving reason. You may also return any item within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund less any postage charges incurred by us.

You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. The exception to this will be in cases of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. All returns must be in the condition that they were first supplied.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please report any missing items or damaged goods either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. These may be returned for a full refund [including postage] or replacement. Please include your original order number if you still have it.

Whilst we will make every effort to replace damaged goods, sometimes it's not possible. In these cases we will refund the full purchase price.

Please include a covering letter explaining the reason that the goods are being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Your statutory rights are not affected.
