Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Tor Gaming shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. If your order is not in stock, you can either choose to backorder or cancel the order or part thereof. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Tax/ International orders

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. For orders being shipped outside of the UK (both within the EU and outside the EU), Tor Gaming shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to the customer for any orders which are lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of a willful default of Tor Gaming.
