The chances of this happening are remote, but should be what you're trying to achieve.  Co-ordinating everything until the moment you can exploit your enemy's mistakes and BAM! - Synergy baby!

Case in point - your example shows a unit of Heavy Dragoons being boosted by Inspirational and Guided Arm.  That's two activations before they can charge, more than enough time for your opponent to either move the target unit out of the way or to place a blocking unit and either of those options nerf the Heavy Dragoons.

I'm all for the synergy working like this I was more concerned that this massive melee ability is going to the two factions that are less dependant on combat abilty rather than the two that rely almost exlusively on melee (the vaettir do have magic to fall back on but the orcnar dont even get that).

Are we going to get to see the next incarnation of playtest rules for these guys or will our next next sighting be the final rules?

I was naughty!

I bought a non-Tor model as a stand in for the Brazen Bull.

It looks gorgeous like the pic, but it's a bit small imho. Just a bit taller than a Paenitentia at its shoulder and it fits nicely on the 50mm base. I'll post pics when I can. All in all a nice little stand in.

Here's my Brazen Bull completed with my Nuem colour scheme. I'm looking forward to playtesting him asap.
